Having successfully won the tender, Charlie and his team got to work and worked tirelessly for six months through to completion and handover. The project was completed just one week behind schedule, which, given the scale and complexity of the works, was an excellent result. Extensions and New Build-

We have used CM Carpentry for numerous projects over the years, particularly on our Grade II listed home, and the standard of work has always been exceptional. Charlie has completed everything from smaller projects, including bespoke garden tables, benches and raised beds, through to a fully fitted home office and a purpose-built golf simulator building incorporating traditional flint and blockwork with a slate roof. Most notably, he completed a full extension to our Grade II listed house, incorporating beautiful exposed oak beams. His attention to detail and understanding of heritage properties is outstanding — the extension fits so seamlessly with the original house that it feels as though it has always been there. Charlie’s workmanship is impeccable. He is tidy, reliable and takes enormous pride in every detail. He can also manage an entire project from the initial groundwork right through to the final fix, which makes the whole process incredibly straightforward.
